COAST from The Royal Photographic Society

The Royal Photographic Society – Southern Region Documentary Group has spent the last year focusing on their regions coastline, stretching from Bognor Regis to Weymouth.

The project helped the group explore new techniques and re-examine their process. During group discussions the were able to see each other’s progress, discuss various ways of producing images, spark new ideas and ultimately broaden how individuals tackled the subject matter and improve upon the results.

This Foyer exhibition covers a small part of the diversity of the South Coast and each photographer has demonstrated their individual pictorial and emotional response to the subject.
