New Acquisitions

This display showcases some of the exciting recent additions to Southampton City Art Gallery’s permanent collection including examples of painting, photography, sculpture, ceramic and drawing. Among the new acquisitions are generous gifts and bequests including works by Phoebe Collings-James, Rachel Jones and Christopher LeBrun. We are also thrilled to be welcoming back Three thousand species of fungi in the New Forest by Kurt Jackson, which originally formed a part of his exhibition Biodiversity shown here in 2022.
